Lessons vary in length according to the requirement of the subject but are approximately 20 minutes a day for a month. I also set homework which is about ten minutes to do or think.

I found my way through Insomnia, Apnoea, and Narcolepsy. The NHS and CBT-I helped me a lot, and I discovered even more excellent ideas. These ideas also helped my friends and clients. I first found out the way to use these ideas when I was in my twenties. Three decades since then has made me an expert. If you are having a problem going to sleep, I would like to help you too. Whether you are "Tired and Wierd" or you lost the habit for some other reason, like you had pain, I will send you the coaching you need.

  • How does it work?

    We teach practical actions for sleep and how to take charge of your thinking. We discuss specific things that are common for nonsleepers to think about. When your thinking changes, so does your mood and your ability to tell yourself to sleep. Sleep is a habit that can be remembered. That way, you will be focused for the day and sleep even when problems return.

  • Will it work?

    The science is the old traditional that has mostly worked together with new, scientific, cutting edge. We expected it to work but tested it ourselves anyway. All the learners reported better health and the ability to sleep swifter and deeper. In practice, how it has worked is that I have gifted this advice to my friends and clients.

  • How much time will it take?

    The topics vary in length, but it will take about 20 minutes of lesson time and 10 minutes for the practical assignments daily. I expect it will take you about four weeks to complete the four courses about sleep.
